Included with every plan

A team consultation built into setup

AI teammates only work when the people who already run the business feel clear and in control. Every package includes time with your staff—not just the owner—so everyone knows what’s changing, what stays the same, and who to ask when something feels off.

How implementation usually goes

A simple path from first conversation to steady routines. Exact pace depends on your business—this is the outline we follow together.

Discovery & kickoff with staff

We meet with the owner and the people who do the day-to-day work. We listen to how the week really runs—where time leaks, what feels repetitive, and what must stay human.

Pick the first tasks together

You choose a small set of routines worth handing off first (inbox triage, scheduling, invoicing, and similar). Nothing broad or vague—just clear starter jobs.

Supervised start

Teammates begin with limited access. They draft and suggest; staff approve before anything goes out or changes a live system. You stay in the loop on every action at first.

Gradual expansion

As trust builds, you may widen what a teammate can do—at scheduled checkpoints, written down, always reversible. We never expand silently.

Ongoing check-ins

We tune workflows, answer questions from staff, and keep the revoke path obvious. Check-in cadence depends on your plan; you can always reach us between them.

How this affects your jobs

Straight talk for everyone on the team—not a sales pitch.

Busywork, not people

AI teammates are meant to take repetitive busywork—copy-paste, chasing follow-ups, sorting the inbox—so you have more time for customers and skilled work. They are not here to replace your role.

You stay in control

Early on, nothing important happens without a human OK. Approving drafts and actions is part of the job at the start. That gate loosens only when your team says it’s ready.

More time for the work that matters

When routine tasks are drafted or queued for you, you spend less energy on the grind and more on judgment, relationships, and the parts of the job only you can do.

Who to ask for help

Start with your manager or the owner who brought Envoy Bots in. For how a teammate works day to day, use the check-in channel we set up during kickoff—or email [email protected].

What to expect, week by week

A typical cadence—not a guarantee. Some businesses move faster; others take longer when schedules are busy. We’ll adjust with you.

Week 1 · Typical

Listen and map

Kickoff meeting with staff. Walk through tools and routines. Agree on the first few tasks. No live automation yet—just clarity.

Weeks 2–3 · Typical

Set up and supervise

Teammates stand up with narrow access. Staff review drafts and approve actions. We fix friction as it shows up.

Weeks 4–6 · Typical

Settle into a rhythm

Routines feel familiar. Approvals get quicker. At a checkpoint, you may choose to widen scope a little—or keep things gated. Your call.

Ongoing

Tune and check in

Regular check-ins (monthly or more often, depending on plan). New routines only when you ask. Easy path to pause or revoke access anytime.

What we need from staff

Small asks that make setup smoother. Nothing technical.

Show us the real week

  • Join the kickoff (or a short follow-up) and describe your usual tasks
  • Point out tools, inboxes, or spreadsheets you already use
  • Flag anything that must never be automated

Stay in the approval loop early on

  • Review drafts when they appear—say yes, edit, or no
  • Tell us when something feels wrong or confusing
  • Share feedback at check-ins so we can tune the teammate

Common questions from staff

Honest answers to the worries we hear most often.

Will this replace me?

No. The goal is to hand off repetitive busywork so you can spend more time on customers and skilled work. Decisions, relationships, and judgment stay with people. If something feels like it’s crowding your role, say so at a check-in—we adjust scope with you.

What if it makes a mistake?

Early on, staff approve outgoing actions before they go live, so mistakes can be caught in draft. If something still slips, we pause that routine, fix the process, and only resume when you’re comfortable. There is always a path to revoke access quickly.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and the tools you already have at work, you have enough. We set things up, explain them in plain language, and stay available for questions.

What data can it see?

Only what we connect for the agreed routines—usually dedicated service accounts with limited access, not your personal login. We write down what is in scope. Anything sensitive you flag as off-limits stays off-limits.

Can we turn it off?

Yes. You can pause a routine or disconnect access in one step. We show you how during setup and keep that path obvious—never buried in fine print.
