The service

Envoy Bots helps small businesses set up and manage useful AI teammates. Website package prices are illustrative. A paid engagement is defined by a written quote or SOW that covers scope, phases of access, fees, and how to revoke access.

No professional guarantees

We do not guarantee specific revenue, hours saved, or business outcomes. AI outputs can be wrong; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving outbound actions until you expand autonomy in writing.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals
  • Use dedicated service accounts where we request them—do not share owner passwords across clients or vendors
  • Tell us systems the teammate must never touch (for example payroll, banking, or regulated health data)
  • Comply with laws that apply to your business and customer data

Payments

Setup deposits and monthly management fees are billed as agreed in your SOW, typically via Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, setup fees are due before credentials are connected; monthly fees renew until canceled per the SOW. Platform subscription costs for AI tooling may be pass-through or client-owned as specified in writing.

Access & safety

Teammates start with limited access. Outgoing sends wait for owner approval by default. Access expands only at documented checkpoints. You may revoke access; we will help disconnect connectors and freeze the teammate promptly.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and do not reuse client credentials across accounts. Case studies require your written permission and will not expose real customer data.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Envoy Bots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from actions you approve or from third-party platforms we integrate with. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, except where the law says otherwise.
